“Scott Reynolds visited the Flamingo Lounge for the second time on Monday, July 24 with guitar in hand, and recorded and played some songs off his new album “Magic Beans and Time machines”. Scott reviewed how the process of song-writing works for him. This episode is chock full of great music from Scott and is great fun.” — Rockabilly Greg
Credits for the songs played on the podcast: Bill Stevenson on drums and bass, Michael (Olga) Algar guitar solo on “Dee Deet Dee Dee Deet” and Scott Reynolds on vocals, guitar on both and organ on “Magic Beans and Time Machines”.
Scott Reynolds was In the Flamingo Lounge about a year ago, recording his first podcast session and we talked about his life in music. During that interview we briefly touched on his songwriting process. This time, he brought his guitar and broke down how he invents his songs. It was a fun evening as Scott told stories and sang a few tunes, and previewed a couple rough cuts from his new record “Magic Beans And Time Machines” (recorded with his friend Bill Stevenson on bass and drums and many other special guests).
