On Tuesday, February 27, 2024, Joy Ann Wrona, Michael Wah and David G. Poole from the Imperial Court of Buffalo joined Rockabilly Greg to talk about musical theatre and their upcoming MisCast fundraiser.

All have worked together on stage over the years and reminisced about the many facets of performing in live musical theatre productions.

Michael Wah has worked in music and theatre for over 20 years before changing things up and working in the Hospitality industry, another form of theatrics.

Favorite shows he has worked on, Jesus Christ Superstar, West Side Story, Evita, My Fair Lady, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Titanic and Maury Yeston’s Phantom.

David G. Poole is a graduate of the Niagara University BFA Performance Arts department is thrilled to be performing in this second installment of Miss Cast. David has been doing professional theatre in the Buffalo area for the past 30 plus years many of those shows were at The Alleyway Theatre which considers to be his home theatre. Aside from performing, David is a bartender, a host of Karaoke and Team trivia at some local venues.

Joy Ann Wrona has been an actor in the Western New York area for over 30 years. Theatre is home to her and that includes the Ghostlight Theatre, ALT Theatre, Subversive Theatre, Towne Players and Lancaster Opera House to name a few. She has won numerous awards for both acting and directing and has also taught acting at the teenage level. Most recently, Joy has focused more on singing and now, producing!
